What is 4e?
4e is a mobile software application designed by complete project for Security onboarding, continuous site-specific training, patrol increase and overall engagement. 4e improves communication and accountability between management and staff and provides valuable insight into each employee and location.
What does turnkey mean?
Complete project understands that technology is a great tool to improve service or equipment for its users. We have seen many great technological products in the industry, but feel they are not being used to their fullest capabilities. We have taken all those hinderances away and created a user-friendly app. Our team will look after the complete building audit and provide backend support, leaving the employer with only some simple verification to complete.
Our amazing team will do a complete audit of your building, providing training and onboarding completely customized to your property.

4e mobile app can be used with any iOS or Android device and our web dashboard is accessible by any web browser.
4e works great offline for any patrols or findings. You only need a Wi-Fi connection to sync your data to the dashboard when completing challenges. You can do your rounds offline and 4e will automatically upload your data when it finds an Internet connection.
We are complete turnkey. We host all your data on Amazon Web Services, one of the most secure cloud computing environments available today.
We store all data compiled within the App. But the data belongs to the company that is creating the data. Invoicing that will be provided will offer full transparency of what was done within each company using our services. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
Our pricing is based on square footage of the property, not by the number of end users. We anticipate that many employees could have multiply sites, assuming each site is registered with 4e. The average square foot price is approx. .009- .013 cents.
There will be an immediate return on investment with the use of 4e. This APP provides many benefits for onboarding and better training for guards. In offering this to guards, employers will see a lower turnover rate in guard employment. The use of 4e, encourages more building patrols resulting in better protection to the asset and building environment overall. All these benefits will bring about savings in both time and money on potential emergency or health and safety concerns such as fire, flooding, slips/falls, preventive maintenance, quality insurance. Finally, users of 4e will see cuts to the bottom line on security guard training costs and property management employee costs!
