Why 4e?

We wanted to engage Guards and make them more accountable and productive while at various building sites. We want to provide a proactive solution to some challenges that exist in the security guard training and employment retention. Complete Project focuses on practical training tools for Guards. We created a paradigm shift in the building of 4e, a TURNKEY App. 4e will assist security companies/landlords and guards with all their onboarding, training, patrols, and engagement, through gamification. 4e provides the right level of interaction and incentive. The 4e app will allow a higher ROI based on its efficiency for time, as well as creating an added value to clients.

How does it work?

More Training=More Engagement

Our Complete Project team will go to the site and conduct a complete audit of the building. The audit will include reviewing post orders, interviewing operation and property teams, and collecting all the vital information of what security should know about the property (i.e., main shut offs, exits, fire pump, sprinklers, keys, door schedule, protocols) In addition, we will gather social/informal information from employees such as favorite activity, sports team, hobbies, outdoor interests, vacation, company interests, in order to tailor the 4e APP incentives to the Guards within a building site.

The collected data will be installed on our very secured AWS servers, where Guards will then be able to download free of charge through the app store either IOS or Android. 4e App will offer interactive challenges to Guards, specifically created based on the collect data completed in the building audit. Using the 4e APP, Guards will collect rewards for completed challenges.

The challenges are quick, easy to complete and provide a continuous approach to keeping the Guard both trained in building specifics as well as engaged in their place of work. 4e will store individual challenges and answers the guard's app for future reference if needed.

More Patrols

Patrols are needed in every property. 4E App has a “Findings” feature which encourages Guards to be attentive during rounds in the hopes of potentially earning an App reward. During a round, if a Guard observes an issue, they feel building staff should be informed of, they open the “Findings” feature of the App, provide a picture and quick written note about their findings, and submit it for verification. Once submitted, the “Finding” will be sent to a dashboard for verification. Once verified the individual Guard will be rewarded point(s).

Collecting Points

As Guards continue to complete challenges and more patrols, they will also be gaining knowledge and engagement AND accumulating reward points. The rewards can be redeemed for groceries or other hard goods directly on the 4e App.

App Goals

1. Ensure the App is user friendly to Security Guards. To date, 4e App is so easy to use and has been beta tested on 10-year old's
2. Allow Account Managers to work more efficiently. 4e App is complete turnkey, where all onboarding, site specific training and engagement will be provided.
3. Excite, Educate Engage Guards resulting in better trained, better protected, more engaged and better patrol service, and less turnover employment rate.
