I would say I subscribe to the idea of learning through the school of hard knocks. I started my Property Management career in 1996 as a junior building operator/day porter, learning the very basics of building operations. As time passed, I became a facility operator, building operator, senior building operator, facility manager, operations manager and finally a senior manager of operations. Over my 26 years I have seen and participated in many aspects of building operations. I made direct use of my experience in the field of building and operation management through the creation of Complete Project, a company focused on efficiencies that can be solved in the Property Management field.

My first focus for Complete Project was to look at security, as it is one of the biggest contracts in Property Management, and perhaps one of the most important. As Property Management professionals, we all pride ourselves on a proactive approach, but security often remains a reactive business. Over the last year, my team has worked to develop the very first proactive tool for Guarding.

4E (excite, educate, engage, employees) App is one that focuses on the greatest needs for Guards- engagement, onboarding and continuous training. My main objectives for the 4e App were that it be super easy for the end user and that it be a complete turnkey so building personal or security management can focus on other aspects of the business. I look forward to sharing the benefits and valuable ways 4e App can be used for your company.
